The Personal Data is collected on the Website but is held by Mailchimp. Mailchimp is the third party online application that we use to issue the electronic version of the BDL Newsletter.
Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself. Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. You have the right to have your Personal Data (email address) removed from the Mailchimp database. You can unsubscribe via the link provided in the electronic newsletter or contact the Management Office stating if you would like to stop receiving the electronic version of the newsletter or have your details removed completely.
BDL will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.
